Jan 22, 2018 The Family History Resource File Viewer is of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. The viewer itself does not contain any data or resource file information, and it is not required that a person use the viewer created by the Family and Church History Department. Hi, 1) What exactly happens when you to work on Resource File Viewer? 2) Are you getting any error message? 3) Was it working fine before? 4) Did you make any changes to the computer before the issue occurred? It seems that the program is not compatible with Windows 7, so I would suggest you to install the program in Windows 7 by choosing the compatibility level as Windows 95. Make older programs run in this version of Windows: If the issue is with only Resource File Viewer then I would suggest you to contact Resource File Viewer. Hope this information is helpful.
